
Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil
1 red onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 tsp minced garlic
250 g ground beef
3 tomatoes, blended
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt, to taste
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp sugar
Cooked spaghetti
Instructions:
In a pot over medium heat, warm a little oil, then add the onion and carrot and sauté until softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the ground beef and stir until it changes color.
Add the blended tomatoes and tomato paste, mixing well.
Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika, and sugar.
Let the sauce simmer on low heat until it thickens.
Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated with the sauce.


Serving:
Serve hot, optionally garnished with grated cheese or parsley.
